Hi! I have already tried Lida tablets for 7 days and I have to say that the result is amazing!. Shall I gain weight after discontinuing Lida? i also take contraceptive pills.

We would like to make clear that this course is not meant for 7 days, you have taken only trail course.

It is recommended that every user should use extra one box of product (a 30 day cure) after desired body form was achieved. The users, who achieved desired body form, should discontinue Lida Capsule as follows.

Extra 1 box of product after desired body form was achieved In the first week one capsule a day in the second week 3 capsules a week until the end of box content.

I have been taking the pills for about five days now, the first day I was very thirsty and also could not sleep but I felt energetic its ok. the second day I was felling a bit dizzy or light headed. Have you heard of anyone else having all these problems?i have lost 2 kg in 5 days. what do you suggest ?
It's very normal to feel thirsty at the very beginning, because acetylcholine can increase the excretion of saliva. However the increase of Norepinephrine will reduce the function of acetylcholine, and reduce the excretion of saliva. So, if not provided with abundant water, it will lead to excessive thirst, then difficulty in bowl movement. Also, satiety caused by the functional herbs reduces the appetite, so it leads to constipation. It is highly recommended to drink more water, hydromel, and eat more vegetables.

Hello Lida !!! I hope all is well. I understand that I am not suppose to take any other medications while taking Lida???
